Personal Training

    At Sunfit we offer affordable Personal Training sessions are tailored to your individual needs at a time and place that suits you.  All equipment is provided for you. Your session can include advice on diet and nutrition that specific workout requirements. The only thing you will need is a bit of space to work out... and water!  If you have the motivation, but not the ideas, then Virtually SunFit may be for you.

    Each session will be approximately 40-60 minutes long. 5-10 minutes of that will be a warm up and then there will be time at the end to do a stretch down. Not every session will be the same as we believe variety keeps you motivated.

    The first session/meeting we will discuss what you would like to work on and what you may like from the sessions. We will also take measurements and carry out a fitness test. This will give us a great starting point and something for us to build on.   Some things to think about before your first session:

    • What would you like your session to consist of?
    • What do you want to achieve?
    • Are there fitness activities you really enjoy and really don’t like?
    • Are you a gym person/like to run?
    • Have you just had a baby or are you used to exercise and have fallen pregnant and would like to carry on but not sure how?
    • Are you of an age and not sure of your limits?
    • Is your body shape something you would like to change?

    At Sun-Fit we have free weights, exercise balls, thero bands, kettle bells, medicine balls and mats, as well as an array of different cardio and core exercises. If you would like to have a go at the bleep test or do a routine on the stop watch, we WILL find a fun filled session to suit. We can even introduce you to the Twelve Days Of Christmas - Lucy style!

    Virtually SunFit

    If you are motivated to excercise but do not have a programme of activities, we can help.  SunFit can offer an 8 week course with a weekly consultation via Skype with text and phone support.  Virtually SunFit is £60 for 8 sessions.
