Come and join for a 10 week course starting at 9.15am on a Wednesday morning at Snoxhall Fields in Cranleigh. The sessions are for complete beginners. The sessions combine walking and running in small manageable chunks, finishing with 10 minutes of exercises.  These last set of execises will be for you to work on each week to help strengthen and iron out any little niggles you may have.

Once you have you confidence and are ready to move on after the 10 weeks we can give you details of local running groups such as Cranleigh Sunflowers or Tortoise and Hare.
